Vendor and Craft Shopping Fair
When:  Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 9:00 am til 2:00 pm
Where: Millsboro Volunteer Fire Company

Come join us for a day of shopping.  All our vendors and crafters will be available for your Christmas shopping.  Enjoy a lunch prepared by the Ladies Auxiliary.

Vendor and Craft Shopping Fair
 Millsboro Volunteer Fire Co. Ladies Aux

Saturday, November 11, 2017 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Registration Fee is $20 with (1) 6 or 8-ft table (Extra Table $10.00 each)
Registration with Electric is $30 with (1) 6 or 8-ft table (Extra table $10.00 each)

By submitting your registration form via mail and payment you agree to be bound by the following:

You may offer your own specials, raffles or prize drawings as appropriate for your business
All vendors must provide an appropriate table covering.
Please note you will need to provide your own extension cords/power strips if you require electric.
Regardless of weather or unforeseen circumstances - no refunds if event terminated.
If you need to cancel your registration you may transfer your registration fee to another representative of your company but it is your responsibility to find another representative.  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your registration fee.  No refunds will be given.
The event planner cannot guarantee attendance and are not responsible for lack of sales at this event.  Individual vendors accept all risk for participating in this event.
It is up to the vendor to collect their own leads, contact information and payment information from customers.
Our shoppers are looking for Cash and Carry items.
Vendors agree to be set up no later than 8:45AM and stay setup until 2:00 PM.
All vendors must participate in clean up of the event venue.  We have to vacate the hall by 3:00 PM.  Tables and chairs will need to be put back up, floors swept and trash removed.
Only one vendor per company will be allowed (i.e., Pampered Chef, Avon, Tastefully Simple, etc.)
Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis based on when payment is received.  Your space and company name will not be guaranteed exclusivity until your paid registration is received.
This event may be advertised in at least one local media outlet (radio, newspaper or social magazine) of the event planner’s choice based on cost, time available and maximum advertising impact. However, it is your responsibility as an individual vendor to promote this event through all of your available resources.  Some examples include but are not limited to formal invitations, flyers, church bulletins, facebook, twitter, email blitzes, word of mouth, etc. Your personal advertising efforts will ensure maximum attendance.  You are not required to spend money to advertise, but please use a combination of all resources available to you to advertise this event.
Paid registrations must be received no later than day prior.
