Head On MVA - Zoar Rd West of Peterkins Rd

Saturday evening, August 16th, the Millsboro Fire Co. responded to a report of a MVA on Zoar Rd, just west of Peterkins Rd. Responding units found two vehicles which had struck basically head on, sitting in the middle of the roadway. Three patients had self-extracated from the pickup and were attended to by Millsboro EMS and Sussex County Paramedics. Two were transported by ground and one by Trooper 2 to area hospitals. The driver of the second vehicle had fled the scene by the time emergency crews arrived.
