Assist Station 84 Millville - Wingate Rd

The Millsboro Fire Co. was called to standby for Station 73 Dagsboro then moved up to assist Station 84 Millville on a house fire on Wingate Rd, an early morning alarm that sent occupants fleeing their home. Fire companies from Millville, Dagsboro, and Frankford responded on a mutual aid alarm. The first arriving found the structure involved with the occupants out. Cover-up companies were called with Millsboro and Bethany Beach redirected to the scene. SCEMS and Station 90 Roxana provided rehab. For three hours firefighters worked to extinguish and overhaul the structure. Delaware State Fire Marshall was on scene for investigation.
