Two Vehicle accident - Dupont Hwy & Betts Pond Rd

Millsboro was called to a two vehicle accident with two reported injuries. 83 Command arrived to find one vehicle in the north bound intersection and a second vehicle in the field. The operator of the vehicle in the field reported they were not injuried. Deldot and DSP diverted traffic around the scene. EMS from Millsboro, Dagsboro, and Sussex County Paramedics were on scene providing care. Fire & Rescue personnel were assigned to assist EMS personnel with patient care and scene clean-up. Fire Police from Millsboro closed the intersection and diverted traffic on Betts Pond Rd. Both occupants were removed and transported by Millsboro & Dagsboro with SCEMS to Beebe for treatment.
