Two Vehicle Head-on MVA - Millsboro Hwy & Phillips Hill Rd

Millsboro responded to a two vehicle head-on MVA on Millsboro Hwy at the Phillips Hill intersection. Rescue 83 arrived finding no occupants trapped. Assisting EMS the occupants were removed and transported with SCEMS assisting. Millsboro Hwy was closed by Millsboro Fire Police until the vehicles were removed.
