MVA with extrication - Phillips Hill Rd

Millsboro was called to MVA involving a single vehicle. Occupant reported trapped after failed to negotiate a curve and ended in a large ditch. Command 83 and 83-16 responded to the scene and reported occupant not trapped but unable to exit vehicle. Engine 83-4 was assigned extrication and patient stablization. DSP was on scene with Millsboro Fire Police providing traffic control. Occupant was transported to the hospital by Ambulance 83 and SCEMS.
