Thursday was a busy night for the Millsboro Fire Co. Busy inspecting the new ladder that had just arrived from E-One, the next thirty minutes would prove to be very busy. Beginning at 2020hrs Millsboro responded to four calls from gunshot, cardiac arrest, Gas leak and a MVA. All three EMS units responded and apparatus was dispatched on three calls at the same time. Setting up a landing zone for a gunshot wound patient, assisting a cardiac arrest, investigating a gas leak at the Suburban storage area, and responding to a muti-vehicle accident. All calls were handled at the same time and when completed converged to assisted with the MVA. SCEMS, Millsboro PD, DSP, and DSP Aviation responded.
