Water Rescue - Ingrams Pond

On 08/12/12, the Millsboro VFC and Selbyville VFC Dive Unit were dispatched to Ingrams Pond for a reported water rescue at aprox. 0530 hrs. DSP had requested the response after locating a vehicle submerged in the water that appeared to have run off the boat ramp. Millsboro's divers and marine unit were put in service and checked the vehicle, finding it to be occupied. The divers then assisted the tow company with the vehicle's recovery while Selbyville's divers stood by to assist if necessary. The situation was turned over to DSP once the vehicle was recovered from the water.
