Building Fire - Mill Chase Apartments

Fire alarm with water flow Mill Chase Apartments. First arriving unit found sprinkler activation in a multi unit apartment with audible alarm sounding. All occupants were out of the building with active sprinklers in the kitchen and living area. With a heavy smoke condition ladder 83 was directed by command to search and check for any fire and extension. Power and sprinkler were shut down and positive pressure fan was used to clear smoke. Fire placed under control by Chief Warrington. Sprinkler heads were replaced by building maint. and system reactivated.
