Training Officer Lew Talley combined Dry hydrant testing with Engineer drafting training. Multiply dry hydrant located around Millsboro were tested while personnel practiced drafting with multiple engines. Fire Police provided scene safety by controlling traffic flow by diverting or redirecting traffic.
