Pictured are Past Chief Dick Ward, Past Chief Engineer Ralph Brittingham (deceased), Past Chief Norman Batchelor, and Past Chief Ray Burton taking delivery of our Ford Swab Rescue Truck in November 1976. These gentlemen are/were the pillars of the department and almost 40 years later, the three surviving members in the picture remain very active.
