1st working fire of 2015

At 0106 hrs., the Millsboro VFC was dispatched to a house fire at the above location, with mutual aid dispatched from the Dagsboro VFC and Sussex Paramedics. Upon arrival, a single story residence was found to be well involved with high winds pushing fire against an adjacent resident. Crews were able to keep the fire contained to the building of origin with minor exterior damage to the exposure residence. The Georgetown and Indian River Fire Companies were also requested at the scene to assist while the Gumboro Fire Company covered Millsboro's district.
