Station 83, 73 and 88 Dive Units along with Sussex County EMS, Delaware State Police and Millsboro Police were dispatched for a reported car into the water at the boat ramp at Cupola Park in Millsboro.  Responding units confirmed a car into the river.  Divers from Millsboro Fire Company were able to confirm that the car was empty and proceeded to attach equipment to allow Buntings Garage to retrieve the automobile from the water.  Millsboro Fire Police assisted with traffic control while the Delaware State Police continue to investigate the incident.
